Natalia Popowych has assisted numerous management teams within the federal government with policy planning, regulatory and legislative development initiatives, and implementation of program activities.
Ms. Popowych has utilized her detailed knowledge of computerized process mapping, project planning, and management techniques to assist clients in a range of major projects including the conversion of the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy to SOA status (Industry Canada), implementation of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and Regulations (Industry Canada), planning for 5-year CEPA review and preparation of CEPA 1996 bill (Environment Canada), testing validation of the Universal Classification System (Treasury Board), amendments to the Pest Products Control Act (Health Canada), and integration of enforcement activities in the Marketing Practices Branch and Consumer Products Division (Industry Canada).
This diversified experience has given Ms. Popowych the unique ability to quickly assess situational needs and develop and implement creative solutions.
