Eric A. Milligan

Eric A. Milligan has been providing regulatory and legislative services to Canadian governments and international organizations for more than fifteen years.

A member of the Bar of British Columbia, he holds law degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School (LL.B.) and the University of Toronto (LL.M. in Law and Economics). He has lectured on government regulation, machinery of government, and the federal legislative process at Carleton University, the University of Ottawa, the University of Victoria and the Joint Vienna Institute.

Mr. Milligan focuses on development of regulatory policy and legislative design, identification of alternatives to regulation, development of compliance and enforcement strategies, as well as assistance with the legislative process in parliament.
