Thomas K. Gussman

Thomas K. Gussman was educated as an economist at the University of British Columbia and at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Since 1988 he has been an advisor in government policy, legislative process, and program evaluation. Mr. Gussman worked for fourteen years at Statistics Canada, the National Energy Board, and Consumer and Corporate Affairs, where he was responsible for several key legislative initiatives.

He has been an economic and policy consultant to a number of royal commissions and public inquiries, and is often sought to prepare reports on complex issues dealing with law and economics.
