Designing Legislation

• Design regulatory legislation, including state-of-the-art enforcement and compliance packages;

• Prepare drafting instructions for bills;

• Prepare explanatory legal materials including forms, guides, pamphlets, training materials, videos, and multimedia presentations;

• Conduct usability testing of legal documents – regulations, forms, training manuals and information materials – to ensure that they effectively inform readers about the law.
